When going together with your boss seems impossible .....

"At times it may become impossible to work and go together with our bosses for reasons latent or manifest. The going may look tougher and frustrating. When second alternative does not seem to be feasible, see if we can help him/her personally, see if we can get his/her help personally. It touches hearts straight. It works. It works by diluting our false egos. It works by making us light,  straight, simple, sensitive and humble." - lbnraj ; https://www.facebook.com/LbnRaj ;

Good advice is not enough.

"Many a time we feel unhappy when people dont pay heed to our good advice. Our advice could be right, may be there is something wrong in the timing, may be the way it was could be wrong or in appropriate.  Just being and saying right is not enough. The right advice if it is to be agreed upon / to be accepted, should be accompanied by sensitivity, care and humbleness." - LbnRaj ; https://www.facebook.com/LbnRaj

One need not have the so called lavish money and luxuries in life to be happy .....

"One need not have the so called lavish money and luxuries in life to be happy ..... What concerns matters. The context, relevance, connection and time is important. Every One is born unique and no ones'  happiness is less important. A person who afforded to have a bicycle for his daughter or son could be more happier compared to that of a person who afforded to buy a BMW for his / her daughter. Being happy in life is all about our internal abundance and positive vibes about things that keep happening around. It is an art and science of applying our hearts in doing small things in great ways. One needs to continue to be a child through out. One needs to be spontaneous and uninterrupted. One needs to continue to dive deep into innocence and simplicity." - LbnRaj ; https://www.facebook.com/LbnRaj

On success, excellence and happiness

"Mohan does small things in great ways.  He puts in the best of his efforts in Whatever he does and say.  He believes that nothing is impossible. He does not bother if things dont happen in desired ways. He continues to put in his best even if he continues to fail. Among-st the people around him he is know to be a person who does small things in great ways. Often people mock at him for being so simple, honest and sincere. People find it hard to realise the reasons for which he continues to be happy and contentedness. He is bent upon achieving the best in all things he does,  in right ways, come what may.
Mahesh is educated, intelligent and smart. Mahesh does great things in smart and at times in mean ways. he always believes in the policy of Putting in the Least and Reaping the Most. Continues to have promotions and have ample of money regularly and consistently. Becomes sad and frustrated on a regular basis consistently when things dont happen in desired ways. He continues to pose to be successful and happy., but internally is is not. He seems to live with feelings of fear and guilt. He always at getting the best rewards possible in life, with or without efforts. He continues to believe that to Live and Live happily is a hard thing to achieve. He continues to believe that good job, wealth and fame dont come by right ways, they need to be grabbed in smart ways. He did great things in life for which neither he is happy nor the people around.  People around him found him to be mean, selfish and hopeless.  Surprisingly, internally he continues to realise that he is not a happy person, and that he cannot be a happy person. He continues to realise that his achievement and accolades are fake and unreal.
I BOLDLY AND HONESTLY APPRECIATE THE WAY MOHAN LIVES HIS LIFE, THE WAY HE TAKES EVERY THING TO BE POSITIVE." - LbnRaj ; https://www.facebook.com/LbnRaj

"Unlike the book, the Internet and digitalised reading, at least as they are today, seem more likely to lead to demagogy than to democracy" - Tabish Kair

"Unlike the book, the Internet and digitalised reading, at least as they are today, seem more likely to lead to demagogy than to democracy" - Tabish Kair
"At the moment, with the U.S. election over, it seems clear to me that the book was to democracy what the Internet is to demagogy. Perhaps, looking back at the end of this century, if we still retain the ability to look back then, we will realise that the religious fanatics who actually burned books in the 20th century were by far the lesser threat — and not unrelated, in their refusal to engage with the other and to contemplate themselves in the universe, to the larger threat, to the threat that finally emptied our world of depth, colour, significance, and books." - Tabish Khair .... to love the person who hates you .....

"At times we may tend to hate the person who hates us. Nothing special about it. We may get a sadistic pleasure in doing so. Nothing great about it. It would indeed be great if we continue to be bent upon finding things that are right and good about that person. One can experience a fantastic feeling when we continue to love the lovable things of the person who opts to hate us persistently." - LbnRaj ; https://www.facebook.com/LbnRaj

“With the advent of computers, communications and hand held devices, the idea of Library as a silent Place of Reading is under constant threat.

“A library is the delivery room for the birth of ideas, a place where history comes to life”. Norman Cousins

“With the advent of computers, communications and hand held devices, the idea  of Library as a silent Place of Reading is under constant threat. How can Place of library as a venue of silent reading, as a venue where books are shelved the way the knowledge flows in highways and byways, as a venue where you silently meet like minded and unlike minded readers, as a venue where you feel the past and present writers and thinkers live together for the current and future readers. As Norman says it is a venue where history comes to life, present becomes more lively and future comes in  so handy a way.” – LbnRaj ; https://www.facebook.com/LbnRaj
